Lowell are bullies i have spoken to people who have had dealings with these guys they are one of the worst companies to deal with do not call them the best way to deal with them is to send them a CCA request and stating that you do not acknowledge any debt to them as they will probably not be able to provide you with the relevant info as they will not have it on their files.
Do not sign any letters you send to them as it has been known for DCA to scan signatures onto documents and always send recorded post.0
