Some assistance please.

Evening all, I was made bankrupt back in Jan 2008, discharged in Jan 2009 and finished payments in Jan 2012.

I now need to get a credit card for expenses for my work and am wondering which would be best. I'm fortunate and have a good monthly income but have a suspicion that will pale into insignificance compared to my credit history.

Can I get some recommendations please as to which companies/cards I should be looking at as I don't want to start making applications only for them to be declined and therefore having a more -ve impact on my credit file.

Thanks, Allinone.
