Debt dilemma

Hi everyone,
I racked up a little over 12k in debt and was really struggling to make the payments of 2 loans 2 overdrafts and 1 credit card. I had unauthorised overdraft charges which mounted to over 3.5k. I then filed for financial hardship so I could claim them back but got blown out of the water. I then admitted defeat and joined a debt recovery agency called Gregory Pennington. We came to the conclusion that if I paid £320 monthly for 4 years then I would be debt free. However this is not the case. I have been with them for 35 months so have repaid 35x320= £11,200. If I am to continue the that would be 49x320= £18,880. So to pay 6k to them to get me debt free does not seem fair. What would you guys do in my situation? Am I entitled to claim some if not all my collective bank charges and Is a ppi claim in order as I paid protection on the 2 loans. Thoughts please peeps cheers in advance poncho
