6. The Prize Pool

1st Prize – 1 family trip to Iceland for 2 adults and 2 children including flights,
3 nights in 4* accommodation in Reykjavik, a boating expedition to Puffin
Island to spot whales and puffins, and a Northern Lights Night Tour.

Prize Package Includes:
- Return Flights to Reykjavik from London exclusively (return airport transfer from home to London airport not included)
- Return airport transfers in Reykjavik - 3 Nights' 4* Accommodation in Reykjavik - Northern Lights Night Tour
- Seafaring Safari with whale watching and Puffin Island Tour
- Travel Insurance - Travel prizes in UK and abroad protected
- Element London ATOL 10207/ABTA Y2441

Other details
- Flights available from London airports only
- Winner and guests must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel
- At least 1 person travelling must be over 18, and anyone travelling under the age of 18 requires written permission from a parent or guardian
- Winner will require a valid credit or debit card to check into hotel. This will be used to cover any incidentals not covered in the prize package
- Any necessary Visas are responsibility of winner and guest
- Northern Lights tour operates from September to April only
- Seafaring Safari and Puffin Island Tour operates from September to April only
- Tours do not include gratuities, food or drink
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable
- No cash alternative is available
- Personal expenses are not included
- Prize is subject to availability and if any inclusions are unavailable at time of booking, we reserve the right to provide suitable alternatives of a similar nature, to the same value
- Prize is valid for 12 months from date of winner being notified
- At least 28 days’ notice is required to book this prize with the prize provider
- Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New year, Easter, or on Bank Holidays (specifics below) :
29th March – April 1st 2013
6th and 27th May 2013
26th August 2013
19th December 2013 – 2nd January 2014
From 2nd to 26th Prize – One Family Cinema pass
(2 adults, 2 children under 12 years old) – redeemable in Odeon Cinemas – 9 month validity from date of issue.
From 27th to 76th Prize - One Ice Age goodie bag
(a plush, a colouring book & sticker sheet, a disc shooter key ring, a lunch box)
No Cash Alternative
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.



7. Limitation of liability

Brioche Pasquier UK is liable for the organisation of this competition. Brioche Pasquier will not be liable for any incident/accident or damage occurring during or at the occasion of one of the prizes.


8. Independent Adjudicator

The draw will be independently supervised and will take place on 05/02/2013. The promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters. No correspondence will be entered into.


9. Dispatch of Prizes

Prizes will be dispatched before the 15th February 2013. Winners will be informed within 2 weeks time after the prize draw and delivery will be via courier.


10. Winner Details

The prize draw winner name and county of residence will be made available by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope marked results to the entry address after 15/02/2013.


11. Publicity

Winners agree to participate in all reasonable publicity in all media without payment or compensation.


12. Disclaimer

Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. No responsibility accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Illegible or incomplete entries will not be accepted.


13. Agreement of Terms and Conditions
