YOUGOV checking bank details ?

since its taken over 2 years to collect enough points for the minimum redemption i have forgotten which bank account details i gave when signing up.

On the my yougov page i can not find any details at all about the bank account to which payments will be paid .

anyone know where to find the bank account details they signed up with?

i thought they had stopped sending out cheques and only do BACS transfers now.
I hope i am wrong and i get a cheque.
  • It's a while since I got my cheque. so maybe it is direct to bank now.Have you clicked the 'REDEEM' button beside the points total on the reward page. maybe you get the chance to fill in bank details at that point.it only gives me the chance to use points for prize draws as not up to £50 yet.

That's right. If your details are not already recorded then you just provide them when you first arrange the payment to your account.

I don't believe we had to provide bank details when first signing up because they were sending out cheques until about a year ago.

when i clicked redeem no option appeared to enter bank details.

i clicked the £50 option for 5000 points and all that happened was my points balance decreased by the 5000 points.

I emailed them 2 days ago but they have not bothered replying
