Can I claim interest on money owed to me by the council?
I have successfully had my house banded to a C from a D, backdated to 1994.
I was told that the council (Knowsley) don't have a facility to pay interest on the money due to me.
Also how long do I give them to pay up before I set the bailiffs on to them? I am looking forward to attending the municipal buildings with their own bailiffs.
