Equifaxcredit report help

Hi all, virgin poster so please be gentle.

3 months ago decided to upgrade my payg o2 to contract as i was always running out of credit etc, anyway rung them up ordered the particular phone that i wanted and was told it would be delivered by a certain date, anyway the date came and went and no phone arrived so i called up and was told not in stock for 2 weeks:mad:

So i decided to cancell the contract after speaking to my local o2 store as they had the phone in stock and took out a contract at the store instead.

Anyway upon looking at my credit report on experian it shows my current account all looking healthy:j but theres only one o2 showing it hasnt been updated since contract.

But on my equifax report ?I have no bank ccount details but have two o2 accounts one presumably the first one is showing £0 balance and has a green circle with S inside= settled or satisfied,

Second o2 account is showing correctly payments made on time.

Couple of questions on the above is the first o2 account liable to affect any credit decisions does sattisfied/settled sound a bit suspect or is this what should be showing and secondly why isnt my very good bank account details showing on equifax:confused::confused:

    Settled/satisfied shouldn't cause any problem.
Although most financial institutions use both Experian & Equifax, some may only use one of them. Hence, your details will only appear on the CRA that they use. Again, should be no problem.
