1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative holiday or combined with any other offer, promotions or discount.

1. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, are legally entitled to travel to the USA and have valid travel insurance. Lands’ End and Alabama Tourism cannot be held responsible if you are denied entry into the USA by U.S. authorities.
2. The holiday prize for 2 people (one of whom must be over 18 years old) comprises:

• 2 x Economy flights from London to Atlanta (dates subject to availability)
• 7 nights Alabama Hotel Accommodation (hotels to be determined & subject to availability)
• 7 days Compact size car hire inclusive of CDW insurance from Atlanta (drivers must be over 25 years old and hold a full clean driving licence)

1. The prize excludes travel between 01 Jul - 31 August 2013 and all travel must be completed by 30th November 2013.

1. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance. (b) Any accommodation extras (e.g. telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc) (c) Travel to and from airports (d) Any personal expenses and spending money
