When I called up customer services she spotted immediately that the website wasn't matching my charges. On the lamb it was an introductory offer (I think) which was listed as £5/each not £5/perkg. The same applied with the sausages.

There are probably alot of people out there who paid blindly and didn't notice such a difference in price. :)

It was on line at £5 per kilo cos I looked at it before commenting. Obviously you and the CS advisor were not looking properly

When building my shopping list to be collected from the store today, I added a 'taste the difference' apricot stuffed pork shouldar joint marked at £4.99 - when I went back to the list yesterday it was still sitting in my basket @ £4.99, but the 'store' price was now £4.99/kilo. Needless to say it was removed from my basket pretty damn quick!
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

Seems I didn't remove this from my basket, so the picker tried to pick it for me - but they were out of stock! So I got a 'taste the difference' pork leg with black pepper and sea salt - £11!!!!! but I got the difference back - £6.01!!! The same thing happened with some sausages and some of the value vac pack pork shouldar joints - a total of £23 + in difference refunded!
