Hi Pippa (great name by the way)
I'm not sure anyone can tell you how long it will take for the failed IVA to be formalised. It certainly does seem to have taken a while as you posted saying it had failed in June.
My advice would be to put things that are outside of your control like the length of time that will take out of your mind as much as is possible. Instead concentrate your energies on planning what you are going to do once it is finalised. Have you taken advice from CAB or similar? Have you decided to go BR or take another option? Seeks answers to your questions about those options now rather than worry about the IVA so that you are ready for your next step and then you will feel more in control of things and will feel less anxious."Our prime purpose in this life is to help others.
