(un)Welcome Finance
I have received a mailshot from Welcome Finance today, saying they've been passed my details by Bright Finance.
Their letter states that their TYPICAL APR is 45.3% - I am sorry, but how on earth is this company allowed to get away with such scandalous rates?? No-one, no matter what their financial history, should be charged 45% interest.

Well that's a bargain compared to Provident's 177% APR.
I took a picture this time with my phone, as the last time I got the letter, nobody believed me.Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right!0 -
The rate isn't hidden, and there are people desparate and/or stupid enough to pay these silly rates.0
