I would laugh if it wasn't quite so serious...

I'm not calling Tesco Cards tomorrow, I intend to call Tesco themselves, hopefully get a Manager at CS, and point them to this thread. There's no way of knowing if logging out of your account safeguards you from others randomly getting logged into your account... and it only takes one bad apple to get hold of your details...

I sent a very serious email to them first thing this morning, and i also mentioned this thread and the email i recieved from another customer with photographic proof my account was showing on his browser. I would call them myself but i'll wait to see what my email reply is. If i don't hear back from them late monday i'll call first thing tuesday =/

Not happy something like this has happened at all!

I have just changed all my account details (name etc) to absolute rubbish and deleted my order history, so if anyone does mistakenly access my account they can't get my details.

On the other Tesco photo site how do you get the cards for 30p please?

You need to buy 100 of the same card (cost just under £30), but if you buy 40 it is only fractionally over 30p a card.

I reported this problem on Fridays! Looks like they are in no rush to sort it! I requested my details were deleted as soon as my order was dispatched, well my order came on sat and one card wasn't personalised, so I logged in to find I was still a customer!
