  • just thought i add my two pence i live currently in a right to buy council block made of concrete, i live on th 7/8 th floor of a 14 floor block. i got my mortagage directly with Hsbc. however i am finding it difficult to find another lender except a few as i need to remortgage with another hoping to get a better one i have beend offered a new new 5 year deal (5.89) no fees with Hsbc.

    i live on the 11th (top) floor of a brick block in central london. i got offered mortgages in principle by HSBC, Halifax, Abbey, Nationwide - I went with Natiownwide.
