Anyone taking action for compensation against an Air-line under the new EU Regulations. If so how is it going?

I sent a letter two weeks ago and have had nothing back yet.

I've filed against Monarch (I had claimed, was waiting on the stay). Deadline for reply is the 26th, heard nothing yet. Has anyone else got anything going with Monarch?0

Mine is with Monarch as well. I still have not heard from them yet.
I sent my letter on 13th November so I was going to leave it for a few more days.
