Carphone Warehouse settlement figure...

Evening everyone!
This is my first post here - just wondered if anybody has a good contact number for Carphone Warehouse?
I have a debt with them going back to Nov 05 . I made several payments to Frederickson International, the last being in November.
They now say the account has been sent back to Carphone Warehouse and they have no forwarding details.
Directory enquiries come up with a confusing range. I think it was originally for an O2 phone.
This is affecting my credit file (along with other things!) and stopping my remortgage going through...:mad:
I just want to ask for a settlement figure now and pay this off!
Can anyone help please?

The only number I can find for them is the Sales Team on 0870 087 0870. Give them a ring and see if they can transfer you to the appropriate people.0

its probably me being thick - but i cant find contact details for creditors on the equifax online credit report ...
