If the best buy tables do not give you enough info, try the search engine

HWIC - thanks for pointing that out. I was getting fed up of all the search engines for mortgages which fail to show true cost - and now I see that the Moneyfacts one does. You DO need to opt to exclude products with extended redemption penalties, though - that ought to be excluded by default. They also inexplicably exclude MEAFs from their true costs.

I would certainly heartily recommend using this, but never recommend using anyone's best buy table as they never match anyone's specific circumstances and therefore don't rank mortgages appropriately for any individual.

Don't contradict, me, I am an expert in my field with the whole of the UK market place I have just proved this, as you say there are no such lenders offering these mortgages (WRONG) suggest you research the market

    I charge no fees

I think that saying you are a man out standing in your field would be better (scarecrow)
After the way you have to PM people on the forums begging people for business with your jack of all trades waffle.
I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)

we were offred a 2 year fixed that would save us £25 per month but there is a setup fee of £600

Im sure there is better to be had,

    er yeah me too

    £25 * 24 months = £600 saved

    Setup fee = £600

Net result = a load of paper work filled in for nothing.
