Credit file clean up (WEBB RESOLUTIONS)

Hi all

Having a little trouble with my credit file clean up with regards to webb resolutions.
I have sent them a copy off the letter from the clean up sticky and also a copy of my bankruptcy cirt and my discharge cert, left it a couple of months then reaplied for my credit reports and it still shws default and the lone amount in the ballance.

Not sure if i had the correct address :

If any one has a different address or any advise as to what to do next then please can you guide me..

Hi mug098, That's the address I get too.

I would send email/write to the three CRA's with copies of your BO and Certificate of Discharge, explaining your plight with Webb Resolutions.

I didn't think the CRAs could do anything about it and you had to approach the lender. Thanks for the contact addresses though that's quite useful to have IF.

Hi Lala, If you've sent them the letter on Fermi's thread, have paid for your credit file and also have a reference number with them, then it's worth a shot, they helped me get details changed :beer:

Ah ok, I shall bear that in mind if I get stuck with my remaining 2 troublesome creditors, thanks IF.

i sent emails to the ceo's email address!

not even a week and the issues were resolved! it doesn't cost to email them and seems to get done quicker!
