ipa suspended

Hi just wanted yet some more advice from you guys who have been so helpful before. My OH and I went BR in Feb and have an ipa,he pays £150 and mine is £39 but both from joint account. We recently lost our tax credits so informed moon beever and we also claimed for a number of things that we didn't realise we could include such as dinner money and activities for kids etc. The tax credits were in joint names and I received a letter from moon beever saying they were suspending the ipa because there was no surplus on our joint form we had to do for them but because the letter was in my name i was unclear whether or not they meant both payments,i did e-mail them but have not had a reply as of yet. They are going to send another form in feb,i guess because that's when we are discharged. The payment goes out soon so am a bit worried about cancelling them both.Would you guys take it to mean the ipa's jointly cos i can't see what difference just suspending mine would make.I know when i get a bit nearer to payment date i will have to relent and phone them but just wondered what you thought first. Many thanks once again.
