The Lotso Bear from Toy Story is so soft and fluffy, I have bought it for my two year old niece! And it is strawberry scented! So cute x

I got a £20 item and the Minnie but with the £5 off and free delivery it came to £25.49 not sure why as with the £5 off should be £23.99. So only took £2.50 off.

Is this a glitch and it shouldn't work or should I email them and say the full discount did not come off?

This was happening with me too. I think it apportions it by percentage..so if you'd got an £25 item, it would have taken the full £5 off. but it wont take it off the Minnie if you see what i mean.

Just in case anyone is looking for something extra, a lovely bauble here with jigsaw for £2.50. Cost's £7.50 on Amazon! I didn't get one but am half wishing I had..

I placed an order last year with them and used a £5 off £25 spend and for some reason it didn't apply the whole £5, it was something silly like £3.23, I emailed them to ask why & they refunded me anther £5! Their customer services is excellent in my opinion so worth just shooting a quick email off. I do however recall that they asked me where I'd it the code from and luckily for me it was of their Facebook page. Hope this is useful :-)
