Has anyone had problems with
sales advisors not turning up at agreed appointments
Customer service centre rudeness
Poor workmanship
Having curtains fitted by an agents wife

So called urgent response six days later
Then cancelled said urgent appointment less then twenty four hours notice
Can't or will not give me the name of anyone who could resolve the issue
Curtains and curtain rod snapped off the wall
So left with half of curtains up
What should I do ?
