U can get them anywhere on ur face I know cos I am prone to them and yes they hurt like hell! I remember a cpl yrs ago I had one whick covered my top lip right up to and inside my nose, it was so ugly! But more to the point very very sore! Zovirax (or the 1 doc prescribes) works a treat tho and safe to say using that stuff should help clear it in a day or 2

Its always a good idea to get these things checked.
