Sorry if I'm being a bit stupid but as a newbie to all this could someone please check my thinking ....
I printed off several coupons and looked around for the cheapest place to buy them (eg £1 coupon - £3 in T, £6 in A - buy them in T for £2) but after reading here I think I should be buying in A (£5) and then doing pricecheck (get £3 back) - is that right??There comes a time in every woman's life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne ... Morning. It's snowed overnight
a few cars got stuck at the top of our little road earlier but the sun is melting it all away now. Been to pick up a tassimo coffee machine for mums Xmas pressie :j So today will be more wrapping, card writing and general Xmas stuff. Eek, still need to ice three cakes and make another 3!! may put my Michael buble Xmas cd on :rotfl:
Still feel rotten with this cold, very cotton wool-like head.

Did you try Googling?! (I don't actually even understand the question!!)
Um, yes, of course i did!couponqueen123 wrote: »i think they need the book you use to pass the car theory test : not to sure tho as it took me 8 times to pass that test:o but past the practiacl driving test first time
'fraid this is nothing to do with theory or practical tests, this is all open university stuffEmily_Rachel wrote: »Hi,
Magnitude of velocity is speed. There is a difference made in physics between the definitions 'distance' (distance travelled) and 'displacement' (which also takes acceleration and direction into account), but as your car is travelling in a straight line at constant speed they will be the same thing.
It it is all to do with linear motion and Newton's first law, and will come under both physics and maths. Look up motion along a straight line on google, and don't be put off by all the formulae and greek letters! There are lots of helpful tutorials online, and wikipedia is good at explaining any terms you don't understand. Good luck!

Thanks all, and also extra thanks for Fairclaire and Imposter for their help as well :A
I have finally heard back from my tutor and she has given me some more assistance, and says that she is going to call me later to make extra sure
And yes, I googled it until all i saw when I closed my eyes was the Google logo!!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Don't You Just Hate it When...
The lift stops on every floor and nobody gets in !!
You open a can of soup, and the lid falls in !!
It's bad enough that you step in dog poo, but you don't realise until you walk across your living room carpet !!
You slice your tongue licking an envelope !!
The DJ on the radio doesn't tell you who sang that song !!
You reach under the table to pick something off the floor and smash your head on the way up !!
You have to inform five different sales people in the same store that you're just browsing !!
You see fellow MSE’ers telling you about stuff in their local store or the weather conditions and they don’t tell you where they are, and they don’t have location set either !! So you go to page 1 and look up the ‘Where we all are’ link, only to find they aren’t on there either !!!:eek:Nil Satis Nisi Optimum

AFAIK A's price check against M's but they don't use MSM as M's are not on it  , A$da check M's prices twice a week I believe by going instore and writing it down or something lol!
It does make M's a bit hazardous to do an APG shop against because you never know when the prices update...Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be

hello newbie ish here, could anyone recommend a cheap printer and ink?
library is costing too much time and money!
If you can find the very code for £25 off a £40 spend and they accept you for a catalogue, then they have some printers for £49 small in ones which I think is a great price! I think printers usually come with some ink, but could be wrong. If you get accepted and code does work then youd get it for £24 (make sure to select collect+ delivery for free delivery too). If u scroll back to last page someone provided a link xBest wins 2011 - Blackberry Bold phone, 2 gelert tents (worth £325), £50 days out vouchers, 2 food hampers, Malibu picnic hamper, £50 Mam hamper, Kindle as well as lots of small wins0
