A couple of days behind but cant catch up as in a lot of pain but popped in to say on loan kitten is staying
she needs a home & is black, black cats/kittens are hard to rehome so she is staying here she chose us.
Skiiny Cat & her brother arent too sure yet but it was like that when they came to live here

Evening all, not managed to get out at all today as DS is in bed with sickness and a headache, looks like another day off school tomorrow. Would love to get out and get FF and Ferrero Rocher Tree, as these are mine and my mums favs.

I quite liked this part.I am not a solicitor, but yes you need to tell them. Look up "mitigation of loss" it's part of common law. However once you have told them there is nothing to stop you from continuing to use it. If you email them every three months and tell them of the glitch and they do nothing about it, it's their problem. If they tried to present you with a bill, you can point them to the emails you have sent, because you have taken reasonable action to minimize their loss. It works the other way around , I once had an Internet service provider try and bill me for 12 months of line rental, after I had left them and they hadn't sent me a bill. They dropped it as soon as I uttered the words "mitigation of loss"
The next time there's a glitch im going to send them a recorded letter and then whack the hell out of it.
