Returned my ff/es shop. Knew I was in trouble when CS girl was the one who looked at the pictures on coupon see if they match the product regardless what the text was saying. Right on, informed me can't give refund, even giftcard as I had used a voucher which is not cash. Advised her that a voucher is counted as cash and if she put refund on a giftcard I would have spend it there anyway. Pointless really was not capable of making a decision in case got into trouble. Tried tell her the policy and rule on refunds but we had to have a call to the manager. Two minutes later, oh you were right but I had to cover myself story. I informed her that we all learn something new everyday and that was her lesson. Btw I learned what a campanologist does! :rotfl: ding dong....
