It was still on today but when I went in at 7pm it was all packed up.

I asked at CS if the donations had been packed up/taken away but she said it was all still sitting in the back. So i asked if I could give her my bags to add to it and she had to go on the tannoy to get the manager over and confirm it was ok  :rotfl:

I thought it was ridiculous needing manager approval to accept donations but she said it was because they scanned the stuff in training mode to get a value and then Tesco would add a percentage on top. I wonder what they'll do with all the smartprice stuff I gave them :o :rotfl:

I left in a bag of sada stuff :rotfl: the girl was very appreciative and put it under the table so it wouldn't be checked etc. :)

I have just eaten a dtd terry's chocolate orange- It says on side of box "Why not give us a call?" and gives various numbers but does not say what I am to call about.Thinking of calling to complain that it didn't last long enough - would they send me out another one?

This reminds me of a sign at the toilets of a local shopping centre

it says "ask the attendant if you require assistance"

Not "if you require assistance, ask the attendant" ;)

I am so tempted to find the guy, go up to him and say "excuse me, do I need your help?"

    :rotfl:

Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

No idea why the chilli came out as a different price the second time!

Because on the first shop you bought 2 ww and on the 2nd you bought 3. Its on 2 for £5.50 in Waities so on the second shop one of your 3 meals compared at full price

Thank you, too, to the OP who posted the link to the student website which gave me the link to the ww coupons. I didn't have them until then but, as you can see, have used them well! SA took them very happily and they scanned very easily.

    That's debatable since you've uesd 5 in 2 shops :(
