Good morning everyone, frosty start here too, no snow this morning though.

Off to see DS1 today, we'll go into the city, so he can buy one of my xmas presents for him. Students get a discount at Krispy Kreme, and he can get a discount on a years card. Think last year, it was £10, less discount, and it gave him a choice of any of their doughnuts, 12 times a year :) Loved it as a special treat, and very much cheaper than just buying them! He could claim up to 3 of the 12 doughnuts at any one time, so could share with his mates too, if he wanted to.

Have a very good day everyone.

Have a lovely day with DS today:)I shall be borrowing my DS and his student card when he comes home;)

Morning everyone:)OMG its so cold here and frosty..Quick shop for me then going to have a day doing the washing and ironing, as I'll be getting all DS's back from uni this week:eek:
Had Nannylala and Auntielala round last nice and we had a really lovely evening, seems like ages since I'd seen them both.
Made a huge pot of beef stew yesterday with everything possible chucked in so dinners sorted.MrLala is putting all the decorations out the front up today so we start to feel all Xmassy (I love Xmas sooo much:)) Hope everyone has a good day, and a quick question, does anyone know offhand what day is the latest you can swap CC vouchers for deals? I seem to have it in my head its today for some reason:cool:
edit: found it, its the 5th December:T

DD went to a sleepover last night nipped in T's to get her a sleeping bag sel £14.96 went through at £8.96 suitable for temps to -7.4. It was only 6pm when I went and the car park was sheet ice :eek: I went straight over:o For locals it was We$tw00d.

Reading all the stories about peoples christmas's made me realise how spoilt and lucky I was as a child, we didn't have a stocking we put out a pillowcase:o Even more though it made me realise how incredibly spoilt/lucky my children are, not only mine but children in general today. I wouldn't mind but mine take it for granted:(

Rudeboy sorry to hear about your redundancy. Iamsohappy so sorry to hear your news. Hugs to all who need it.

No supermarkets today I'm off to a real food market with a hog roast:D I can't wait.

Please take care when out and about. Have a great day all.

    Thank you dizzyditzy :)

Just checked on MSM and G&B are showing in the 3 for £10 @ Mr A's, so I think that means it wont work anymore :(

    Hi,
when I look on MSM the G&B are the ones which show 12 bars on one layer, the glitch ones are two deep by six bars.
    Is this right?

Morning all. Just about to dress up warmly to walk the dog. Really needed to tidy up the garden but the frost has at least given me a decent excuse to ignore!

Apologies if its been mentioned but waitrose.com says their FF offer end on Tuesday (4th). Can anyone when guess things might change on MSM? I'm assuming today would be safe, but what about tomorrow?
  • Good morning everyone. :)
Hope all is well. I haven't been on in a few day and have some serious catching up to do. Have i missed anything important?? Birthdays, births etc??? Hopefully not. Im going to be doing lots of skimming today so apologies in advance if i don't use my thanks button too often. :o
If any lovely person (flutters my eyelashes :D) wants to fill me in i would very much appreciate the heads up.
Cheers lovelies, i'll be back in a bit. x
