I don't think you get my point Tricia - I wanted to get them two different ones - and told them so - as reserved the reduced price one online this morning which showed last years version on the picture ! I actually spent £20 on the first one - and have no problem in doing so as its Christmas and will actually last longer than that as its a toy - We got choc ones last year and first thing in the morning I don't fancy giving my children chocolate !

They do appreciate them also - and are very excited about them ! But its just a wee treat as count down for crimbo ! I don't mean to make them sound spoilt - its not about that !

Sorry didnt mean to make it sound like i was saying your children are spoilt, i just meant not to worry so much about it

My boy got a thortons advent calender this year courtesy of somebody off here :D
You can't make someone love you. All you can do is
stalk them & hope they panic & give in

Just been on a shopping trip.

Asda had empty where g@b were, anyhow was just huffing and puffing as to what to buy, looked down there was a lone box which I'm sure was waving at me, like meeting an old friend. Plenty fingers so off I went. Have some es so can do them tmz for a change. Any other triggers?

Tesco was in chaos. No room now we got scan our own. No staff too! Everyone was grumbling again, eight managers standing around chatting, three on CS n no one on manned tills. Was ok for me though as got me six finest through with 5 2/10.

Came home then as freezing fog at -2.

Just ordered petrol coupons, hope they come before 4th.

Having problems wombling Christmas vouchers from Morries trolley men must have OCD. Week 5 was impossible, I found 4 week 4. Sold these on eBay and bought a week five as it just wasn't happening. Here's hoping for week six, I'm not going on to week 8 as not worth it I settle for the £25 voucher.
    SIMPLES!

    2nd shop against S using G&B.

With no comparison here to Waities I am very pleased with these returns.
Lost a bit on the pasta and jelly (forgot about the jelly and Sainsbobs !)
Might have to get some more as we are nearly out of MT. :D

    Hope this helps someone. :)

  • A few things Ive noticed when I'm out and about...

Johnsons wipes 6 pk ( in a box ) £6.49 tesco £3.24 sainsburys - good pp to bump up £40 spend ( remember a max of 3 cos tesco pp capped at £10) also anyone in the baby club is bound to have vouchers for them ( I had 7/8 ) leaving 6 packs johnsons wipes £2.24.

Also 11 cheap sweets multibuy ( flumps, refreshers etc ) for £1 compares nicely and adds about 6 fillers to list ( something I will actually use )

Ni peeps j! has FF and G&B ;)

Also for peeps struggling to make up £40, gift cards count in t, so add a £10 gift voucher and use it in payment next time.

Also Ni peeps ( dont think its nation wide )boots vouchers are included in the Tesco we take any voucher thingy - used a £5 off £20 spend today with a £5 off £40 spend and an apg and a pp, and a partridge in a pear tree ...... I have the tesco coupon flyer, will try to scan it on here tomorrow for anyone who is interested

Also overheard J1 A sa telling staff that multipule £5 off £40 spends could be used, 2x £80 spend, 3 x £120 spend etc, dont know if it help but just thought I'd mention it

also would try to keep apgs under £10 as I've had a few questioned
Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:
