You should still have been given DTD as the policy states that the error can be on the label OR the product.
In the case of the Disney DVDs the error is clearly on the product, the customer should not be expected to scour the small print for expiry dates.
If you can, stand your ground, ask to see a manager - and if all else fails call HO CS.
well spoke to manager and she said funny how you managed to pick two out of the three that were there with stickers not funny at all savvy if you ask me why would i want to pay full price when i can get two for that price anyway thats me gutted0 -

I resisted the urge to buy even more biscuits and choc today- the house is coming down with the stuff and to be perfectly honest I don't have enough friends/acquaintances to give it all to:rotfl::rotfl:never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0

picked up 18 stella in s/rd asba, 1 left btw as off 7.45, not great but it gets the job done
no JD at £14 booo!! plenty of G+B in the sweety aisle, to the left of the flumps n that. not comparing good enough for us NI'ers so left it.
before i forget, anyone with spare helping hand/asba 5off40, these work really well with alessi coupons...picked up an alessi 4 piece table set rrp 34.99, made my shop up to £40, scanned HH tiilspit, then the alessi vouchers, sooo free cutlery, hope this makes sense
i shld add when you use 5 alessi vouchers on the 4 pc cutlery set they come out at 4.99 so with the 5off works out free. you cld go for the 2 pc serving set and use both the HH and 5off40, havent tried this myself though.
I have been doing this for a while with the knives before and now the Allessi. I have 6 place settings. 2 lots of teaspoons and 2 lots of serving spoons and forks. I have paid at most about 2.50 for the whole lot. I had a 4 off £40.00 Clubcard mailing together with a helping hand £5.00 the other day so had an extra £2.51 off my other shopping. Make sure you give in these vouchers before the cashier deducts the discount on the cuttlery. I still have 2 HH coupons left and loads of Allessi vouchers ( thanks to a lovely lady on here who sent them to me) so will get some serving sets for pressies to DS and DD this week.0 -

You should call HO CS anyway they may still send you a gift card.

I am a bit fed up with the FF, is there any other combination working just now?
And I was just thinking there that there is a peace about the forum just now that had been missing for a long time.
