Just off the phone from A's complaint dept after being trouted for using the APG generated from last week's trouting. Told the lady about last weeks trouting as well. Said she would sort out some staff training as it is not the customer's fault the APG is not working properly.I thought if I kept my APG under £10 I would not have any problems but tonight I got trouted with a £9.35 one.
