:mad::mad:Just tried my first DTD and failed!

Found 2 Disnet DVD with BOGOF sticks on both Mary Poppins at £15.00 each. When through SC and they were both charged, went to CS who would only give the BOGOF and not the offer.

So rand CS at HO and they said that was right as the SEL was correct!

Ring them again and you will get to speak to someone else. Usually works for me.

  • Did not have as much luck as u, went to mine and there are a few with the sticker on but just Lady and the Tramp and the Lion King Diamond Edition. Looked at the sticker which said the offer ran out 03/10 lol.

Went to self service Lion King scanned at £15 and Lady & Tramp £10, took them straight to CS after paying and pointed out they should of been BOGOF hoping n praying the guy did not read the fine print. He apologised to which I said that is okay I would like DTD please to which he said he couldn't and rambled on how DTD works (I have never done it before so have no clue how DTD works neither) anyway he refunded me £15 so got the 2 DVDs for £10 instead of £25 so I think thats a result :T

"If things don't add up - In the unlikely event you are charged more than the price on the shelf or product we will refund you double the difference"

They charged you for Lady & The Tramp which should have been free as it was the cheaper item.

You paid £25 for both. You were overcharged £10 so they should have refunded you £20. You would have then had both DVDs for £5.

Hi, all, can I ask I have an apg to use and £5 off £40 but I dont want to use the £5 off £40 as only want to do a choc shop, can I just use the APG and save the receipt after they have marked it to use with the £5 off £40, god not sure if that make sense at all, hopefully someone understands what I am rambling on about. Going shopping about tea time after dropped DS at street dance.

    Afternoon all:A

Brrrr its so cold and still raining here. Just seen the weather foreast and snow is on its way.:snow_laug

Just want to tell you a story of when my DD was going through the terrible 2's. She only ever had 1 paddy. My DH picked her up and put her under a cold shower. She never did it again. My DS on the other hand was a demon child. They do thankfully grow out of it and then they hit pubity and have the teen strops. Don't know what I would rather have lol.
