Ty tt .. How much refund did you get for 3 ? Sorry to be nosy lol, was it £10 ? As if I'm right in thinking , could be wrong , if I took back 2 boxes and they are on @£7 each would I get a refund of £14 ? Confused as too early lol thank you for your help in this .. Don't want to look a prize wally at cs .. :rotfl:

    Depends which SA you get
I've done a couple of refunds
One was for 2 JF products from previous glitch and SA was adamant she would only refund £3.33 per item fair enough
Another gave me back £21 for 3 for £10 and another gave me back £10 correctly

May I hasten to add I don't usually get refunds, these were messed up shops and not local stores

Morning from the sunny south coast (not!) - wet and windy really! Thought I'd join this very jolly thread as everyone seems so nice and friendly. Hope I will be able to make some useful contributions in time. Havent been out to the shops for 4 weeks!!! due to a severe gallbladder infection but seems to have cleared up so I will be out and about very soon hopefully.

:hello: welcome hope you will soon be enjoying shopping.

Have a good day everyone :)

Then that answers it - you NEED a new watch :)

I have a watch to go with most outfits, just love them all, would rather have a new watch than a new pair of shoes (ducks behind sofa to avoid high heals on shoes now being chucked in my direction - oi, Westie, that hurt, didn't know HC wore high heals :rotfl::rotfl:)

    Ok maybe I'm convinced
    But not today
I'll be too busy buying beanz!!!!

Typical day off to MT hunt and over, may still find them triggers for fingers.

DS1 off school sick so nowhere for me today, just av ds1 and 2 causing havoc lol.

Q? I have found clubcard rewards for days out and blackpool tower expire 30/11, do I just send them back with a covering letter to get refunded or do I have to tell them?

I would phone them up. Last time I had vouchers near the expiry date, they updated them on the phone.

In that they added the points back to my account
