[QUOTE=mummalove;5754517Included in my fillers I bought 2 x cravendale milks which are £1.98 each or 2 for £3. They are the same price at S.

BUT on my comparison it showing the full price paid £3.96 at sada (when I only paid £3) and comparing to sainsbobs at £3.

So an extra 96p in the APG bank for me :j

Not had chance to read back on this thread but am wondering if the comparison is not showing the sada multibuy price again?

Wonder what else to play around with to see! ;)[/QUOTE]

    Surely £1.26? (96p + 30p). :)
    Hope is not a strategy.
  • Morning all :)

Tiger - SIX cakes? I do not envy you in the slightest, one cake has been enough to do my nut in! I'm still at the feeding stage since I started so late but will do the marzipan next week then start thinking about how I'm going to decorate the thing!

Hi, go on the pink whisk website for icing ideas. Although i did polar bears made from icing last year, soooo easy to do, just hold them in place with cocktail sticks through their arms :D
May do penguins this year ;)

I have just had a parking ticket through the post after parking in Asda's car park! It's issued by TCP (Town & City Parking).
It was obviously when I made 2 trips in 1 day to shop at the store.
Don't have my receipts as it was a few weeks ago but will have Asda transactions on my cc statement!

    Any advice please.

Is TAC a private company? if so, you don't need to pay the parking ticket. I am talking from experience here :) Only the council/police can make you pay a parking ticket. Private companies cannot. Have a look in the transport section. There's loads of threads on the subject of PPCs.
  • Much appreciated :D

This the question I got wrong

Pfft how am I meant to know the answer - i'm young(ish) Perhaps some of the more ancient members amongst us know the answer :p

Westie - I now have that song on the brain (and yes, I did know the answer!!!_

  • Forgot to say but in S, there are a few deals if you have various coupons. The 50p off Mr kipling coupons from halloween - I used off almond slices, bakewell tarts and country slices. Supposed to be 50p off two boxes but my SA put 3 coupons through.. they are on offer to £1 a box so I got each box for 50p:j
Also, Kenco millicano coffee refill is down to £2.46 - again i had 75p of MOC that S were handing out in my store a few weeks back.

Muller corner 6 pack reduced to £1.79
A few nestle cereals reduced to £1.50 (including curiously cinnamon). I had 2 different nestle coupons so 50p a box. I'm still stocked up from AvW but i can't resist 50p a box for cereal.

Right, off for a hot chocolate and to add to my spreadsheet of supermarket spending. So far for November, my bills should have been £460 . After discount and MOCs, total to pay was £211. And then I've had £150 back in APG's etc. £61 spend this month :j
And my garage is full to bursting :T:T

I've not done a Sainsburys shop for about 3 weeks so todays was to see what till spits I could get. So I spent just over £21 and got

    ariel acilift gel
    fairy non bio gel
    2 packs of scan meatballs
    Large Go Cat
    peas
    coelslaw
    OHs crisp sticks

    Used
    £1.50 till spit for Ariel
    £1.50 till spit for Fairy
60p till spit for Go Cat
    spent about £17

    I got
automatic entry into the daily Go Cat draw (page 11 Xmas free mag)
automatic entry into million points wyb laundry product draw (page22)
100 points bonus via the webpage for any sainsburys shop
    50 points for a £20 shop
200 points via the sainsburys app (points worth another £1.75)
    £6.30 brand match MOC
£2 wys £20 till spit for next time (typical)
till spit for 9p off per litre of fuel for a £20 toiletry shop

So not too bad. Might swap the washing liquid for bigger better value sizes and pay the extra

The magazine is the Christmas at sainsburys free magazine, several offers, prize draws and the odd non useful MOC
“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”

Ive been to Sainsburys for a change to see what till spits I could get and one I got was interesting

Spend £20 on toiletries and healthcare get 9p off per litre of fuel 18/12

So I had a look at mys, quite a lot on offer in Sainsburys but I found this shower gel

Sanex Zero Dry Skin Shower Gel (250ml)

    Sainsburys £2.19
    Asda £1

    So buy 8 bottles = £17.52
plus £2.50 of non branded shopping
get a £9.52 brand match coupon back valid for 2 weeks plus a till spit for 9p off per litre, useful if you have a large petrol tank or empty.

Nobody gets exactly the same till spits but its worth loooking at the possibilities and you can combine them with conditional spend and brand match MOCS which is what I might do with this till spit as I have both.

The other one I got was weird
400 points wys HP branded ink 25/12 - I dont use HP branded ink!
Usually I put these odd ones on PTS giveaway thread when Ive got a nice pile so I will wait a week or 2.

Its funny you should mention that because I went in S's today and spent £12 (Not really though because it was mostly vouchers ) and I got a 5p off a litre when you spend £15 on toiletries. I've had it a few times lately and was wondering if you could use more than one voucher at a time because theirs nothing on it that says you can't;)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:
