It's far from being my local but once a week I make a detour on my way home hoping the wombles justify the petrol. Never failed yet :D

I am just jealous. I want to find one myself :(

  • Thank you everyone on the glitches. my dds PTFA have now got lots of mt and ff for the tombola and prizes for the pull-a-cracker. We have also made a nice hamper with all the poo&deo's so ty to everyone who has contributed. All we need to do now is buy the crackers and some decs as sada are too stingy to donate any to us then we should be sorted. Has anyone got a spare 5off wys 40 they could donate to us please? I have been wombling to and from school every day so far and have not found one :( . Going by last year hopefully sada will have the 25% of all christmas decs and crackers before I need them too :)

Westie isn't your local then :( You're down near DD aren't you? Spend a windy day watching the leaves & litter fly around the car park and soon you'll find yourself a nice wind trap where the gods will reward you for your patience ;)

I also find that if the parent & child trollies are held somewhere different from the normal trollies, they tend to have the biggest receipts in them.

Good luck and may the force be with you young padawan :D

A lot of retailers/hotels etc have got very tight with the prizes- cutbacks!!

We have cut into their profits.
