dressing up gift cards

Hi
my DD and SIL to be are saving like mad for their wedding (so are we..). They have asked for xmas for us to give them gift cards for local eateries so they can still have a night out for dinner that they wouldn't be able to afford whilst saving. A card in an envelope is so boring - any ideas to glam them up a bit or make more of them than just the gift card?

Buy or craft a wedding keepsake box? You could put the gift card inside and the box will be handy later on.0

Our local newsagent sells special cards, with envelopes, that you can insert gift cards or notes into. I've bought 3 to put the giftcards for my son & daughter in law in & the money I'm giving my son in law.
They had a variety of Christmassy designs & the were 35p each or 3 for a £1.00 so not expensive at all but make the giftcards look a bit special.0 -
