    whoop! finally managed to do it, what a headache. ordered top cat blu ray for the hubby (and me if I'm going to be honest) and water for elephants for me. here's hoping that they come but to be fair I'd totally understand if it's cancelled.

    I had to use the app like others in order to get in.

    An order confirmation means nothing, apart from letting you know that your order went through. It doesn't mean that you will get it. Play can still cancel it.

    How do you type it in on the app?

    I have 4 boxes appear where I can l my type 4 letters in each? Very confusing.

    Had been trying for ages on iPad and mac, but app went through straight away - just waiting for cancellation email now :D, but worth a try!
