It only works if item is one of Play.com's own and not being sold by a third party. I had to keep trying too! Then enter on last bit before checkout...

Theres voucher code and gift voucher in the drop down, pick the right one.

Also cant see where to put the code? comes up with 4 boxes, and the code looks too short

The item you are buying has to be sold by them directly, code only works if item is one of Play.com's own and not being sold by a third party.
