· Prize Draw opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online via the www.itv.com website as stated in the promotion for the ‘Loose Women’ programme (the “Programme”) on Monday 19 November 2012.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 11.00 a.m. on Monday 3 December 2012 as stated in the Programme.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 07.30 a.m. on Friday 7 December 2012.

Winner selection date:

Within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and information via:

· PRTS Phone - call 0904 161 1000 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the Prize Draw a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send an SMS text with or without the keyword WIN to 63339; up to 6 entries per phone number provided. The keyword is not required information so SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged. Texts will be charged at £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of a cheque for £30,000 (thirty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.
