Check the fees for them.

Fees are shown on website homepage, which is refreshing.
£500 + commission for whole market commission paying.
Independent is 1% with commission rebate.

I went through some reviews;
reviewcentre.com
most of them are negative.
that is why i am wondering to go with or not.

As they are owned by Foxtons, that's where most of their business comes from.
Foxtons tends to be a marmite brand, people either love them or hate them. We bought a house through them recently and i thought they were very good.
Most people who love them don't bother to review so you are left with the ones who hate.0 -
I used to speak to a few of their brokers when i worked at a life office. They always seemed nice enough.
Put it this way, there were brokers i wouldnt touch with a barge pole, brokers i would actively look for if i needed something and the rest sat somewhere inbetween. They sat in between, so you could defo do a lot worse.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
