Terms and conditions of the survey prize draw

• The survey will be available from 1 August 2012 until 31 March 2013.
• All entries for the prize draw must be received before midnight on Sunday 31 March 2013.
• The draw will take place during week commencing Monday 1 April 2013 and the winner will be notified by email within seven days.
• The first name drawn will win a luxury picnic hamper to the value of £50, supplied by Kettlewell Village Store.
• Where possible, all produce included in the hamper will be sourced in Yorkshire, but we reserve the right to include items sourced from elsewhere.
• The hamper will be posted to the winner or will be available for collection from one of our National Park Centres in Hawes, Aysgarth, Reeth, Grassington or Malham.
• The Authority's decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The names of the winning entrants can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the Web Officer at the Grassington office (see the contact details for our full address).
• Non-UK residents and Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority members and staff are welcome to complete the questionnaire but are not eligible for the prize draw.
• All entrants must be 18 years old or over.
• Competition entrants will need to supply email and postal addresses.
