  • Yes - we have no assets (rented house)

We just have a second hand Fiat Punto :) (its green)
  • If you know thats the route you want to go down then get on the phone to your local CAB and get the forms ordered from your local court house to get the ball rolling so you can have a stressfree xmas.

  • Thanks.

Our local court is a walk in service - so hopefully will be sorted soon.

Will need your opinions on our SOA and forms help when we get to it.

Forgive me if i make things a joke when i reply - me and my wife have been thru almost every emotion over the last year or so. Change in jobs, eldest daughter leading a reckless life - Bullying debt collectors at the door etc etc.

Hi Ghostfinder, We all find our own way through this situation but what most of us have in common is we have been where you are. So dont appologise, its a stessful part of our lives but thats what it is part of your life, the part that will be over soon. You will get lots of info and support on here. Good luck
