If you know thats the route you want to go down then get on the phone to your local CAB and get the forms ordered from your local court house to get the ball rolling so you can have a stressfree xmas.

Our local court is a walk in service - so hopefully will be sorted soon.
Will need your opinions on our SOA and forms help when we get to it.
Forgive me if i make things a joke when i reply - me and my wife have been thru almost every emotion over the last year or so. Change in jobs, eldest daughter leading a reckless life - Bullying debt collectors at the door etc etc.
Laughter gets us thru things0 -
