Hello
I use Regaine Foam every morning & to keep the cost down Kirkland Minixodil lotion in the evening also a few times a week when they have dried i use a small amount of styling product.
However, i seem to have a bit of a snow storm on my shoulders when wearing dark clothes. Does Regaine cause flaking or dandruff. I don't really know if its dandruff or product buildup.
My scalp is not itchy or red & i don't always use styling products. I have tried Nizoral & Boots clarifying shampoo but they did nothing.
Any ideas.
Thanks

Try one of the medicated anti-dandruff shampoos.
When I was a bit younger, I suffered with quite bad dandruff. The likes of Head & Shoulders didn't do anything. But as soon as I tried the medicated, more serious stuff, it cleared up very quickly. The brand I used when it was really bad was called Polytar and came in a brown bottle. Be warned though, it is a proper liquid, not gloopy like shampoo.
When it was less bad I used a brand... I forget the name, but it had a blue lid, clear bottle, with brown liquid inside... Might have been TGel, by Neutrogena? Yeah, think that was it! Also very good.Because it's fun to have money!

Please go and speak to a pharmacist rather than self diagnosing and self treating, there are a number of causes of flaky scalp/ dandruff and thus different treatments.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
