Hi,
I'm new to this site. I need help for remortgage. My property value is £270,000 and I need a five year fix rate for £153,000 over 12year and I'would like to release equity of £30.000 for 5year term. Where can I get the best deal? Fee Free if posible. HSBC are offering 3.49%. Fee 499+valuation.

on £153k, you'll be better of with a fee-paying product to get a better rate, especially on five years. Free legals and free valuation are offered with most remortgages anyway, so it's just the arrangement fee which should apply.I am a mortgage broker.
