  • A good one made from good foliage can last for ages. It all depends on the weather! Tell your florist its for your door so they can make them to last and make sure they are made on either foam or moss.

Every 5/6 days take it down and soak it in water with flower food. That should help keep them for longer.
  • I wish I could have a wreath on my door, I have to settle for it being on the inside of the door - due to my front door opening directly onto the street. I don't trust the people enough around my area to put one up! :(
Trying to save up for a deposit for a mortgage....could be a while!!

  • I buy one every year for my dads grave and it lasts well into January when we go and remove it. Just check though that it isn't on a wire and foam frame. These sometimes tend to rust when wet and make a real mess on whatever thy are resting on. We tend to buy a minimal one and put further personal touches on ourselves.

  • If you hang your wreath outside it should last well past the holiday season even in warm climates. Your wreath will not last as long if you place it between your door and your storm door. If you hang it inside just mist it with water to prolong its freshness.
  • I was going to say around here... about 10 minutes.:rotfl:

But you can get some really good artificial ones to decorate as well.
