Chilli Traffic Jam - how to layer?

Hi All,
Have tried searching but "traffic jam" comes up with all sorts of things non jam related! Sorry if this is a duplicate query.
I'm going to make jam (first time ever) for Christmas pressies. Someone on here (can't remember who it was a long time ago sorry) gave me the idea to layer the jam to look like a traffic light. I've decided I will do three versions of chilli jam rather than sweet jams, but I have no idea how to jar them up to layer so nicely!
This is what I'm trying to explain. Does anyone know how to layer jam?
Any help at all will be much appreciated
Thanks
Bekki

my guess would be it has to have a high pectin level ( check by dripping on saucer from fridge, push finger through when cool at it should wrinkle as set rather than be mushy)' and to cool between layers ( like setting different layers of sweet jelly), something i'd wonder about though is keeping it serile if keeping open, or opening and closing to add the layers... this could limit the storage time.nov grocery challenge, £.227.69/300, 9/25 nsd: , 7 Cmo, 10 egm.
