1. Entry is online with entries being collected at www.co-operative.coop/membership or via the membership contact centre 0800 023 4708.
2. To enter the free prize draw you must complete all required fields on the entry page, including a valid membership number assigned to the competition entrant. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
3. The Promoter will not be liable for entries which are not received or which are incomplete, corrupt or delayed for any reason. Proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
4. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
5. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
6. The prize draw is open to all members of The Co-operative Group including employees - with the exception of any employees (and their families), their agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of this prize draw.
7. The prize draw opens on 14 November 2012 and the last date for entries is midnight on 14 December 2012.
8. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator on 20 December 2012.
9. The winner agrees to having their name, county of residence and photo published on the membership website at www.co- operative.coop/membership, in the membership email or in a future issue of The Co-operative Membership Magazine.
10. The prize is a BlackBerry Bold 9900. No cash alternative is available. The prize is not transferable.
