There is a charge of 82p for postage. Before anyone points out this is a freebies board (no names mentioned!) Martin has stated that freebies are allowed to be posted here that have a small charge as long as it's small. Like the price of a call or for postage.
So if this freebie isnt for you, just don't order rather than posting about it's not strictly a freebie (we've been there many times before)

Serif products are pretty good, they give away or sell old software cheap hoping you'll buy from them in the future

I have had dealings with them before. The products they send are old versions, They put them all on one CD. They will probably try to sell you the newest versions if you phone them. But they do come.

Good idea because I would be very surprised if these very nice people don't phone you or send mail to get you to buy more stuff. Past experience. Not a problem if that's what you want.

I 'took advantage' of one of their offers once and received mail from them for years. I used to get lots of phone calls too, which I found to be quite annoying.

Yep, expect to get spammed mercilessly if you take this up, I had to move to get away from it.

. . . and don't be tempted by any of the hardware they offer like digital camera's & USB hubs . . . I've spent far to much money for the tat they claim to be quality gear :mad:

they plague you mercilessly with phone calls and post! Even after i had told them countless times to take me off there mailing list they still kept contacting. I even moved from Nottingham to Darlington, then again in Darlington and still they kept finding me. My last conversation on the fone with them i was so rude to them that they finally got the message and stopped! never again!
