Neighbour's tree & my insurance cost

If I declare on my house insurance that there is a large tree within 5 metres of my house (which is on my neighbour's property just over the boundary), will my house insurance premiums go up?
The tree has grown quite quickly in the last couple of years with the damp summers (it's a fast growing willow) and it might be time to declare it. Just want to know the implications for me and cost of my insurance.
I have already let the owner of this rental property know of my concerns, but she does not wish to remove it.
I'm thinking about getting an arborist to write an insurance report, then provide this to the neighbour.
thanks, Jeremy

I am not sure that your Home Insurers ask about trees on their declaration form. But the Tree could be a problem at some point in the future if it is not dealt with.
This forum may help you.

Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -
If you have a willow tree within 5m of your house, YOU WILL have problems in the future with subsidence and / or with your pipes0
