Chocolate Fondants

I am planning to make some chocolate fondants today to put in the freezer for Xmas. I have some vodka infused cherries and woud like to add them to the fondants. I use Gordon Ramseys recipe as it has always been successful especially when cooking from frozen. I am intending to add the cherries once I have filled the moulds.
Firstly as the cherries are saturated (after soaking in vodka for the last 4 months) I am assuming this may make the mix runnier - so should I increase the cooking time - or just accept there may be more fondant centre than usual?
And for anyone who maybe worrying that the cherries may ruin the fondant - don't fret, I have tried the cherries this morning and they are fab!!;)

the only thing I would worry about is that vodka doesnt actually freeze! but, it is a preservative so the cherries should be fine even if they dont freeze, I hope. er, I love any sweets with cherries in - you planning on posting any out to peeps who have replied on here?0
