could some one give my alittle advice please?
my mortgage outstanding is £100000 on an interest only paying 1.99 above base which makes 2.49%
14yrs left to pay
had some problems, now i need to pay this down i dont have a lump to pay ,
what are my options?

Hi, is it possible for you to switch to a repayment mortgage and possibly extend the term so the payments are more managable?MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0
