I can't answer the questions you pose.

But as this IS an internet forum, I will make two comments regarding your post.

    1. Buying a property (&/or the one you have in mind) is not always the right thing to do.

    2. You need to be completely open and honest with any relative or partner with whom you have a financial relationship.

    Best wishes

    Try this.

The different credit score levels, A, B and C will determine the maximum you can borrow. Try each one in turn. With such a low income and your credit commitments, you won't get much with a single application, even over such a long term.

You will disclose any existing credit on a joint application, so a joint applicant will know about it at the time of application.

So what is you current monthly take home pay?
£450/month is £5400 per year - that's over 42% of your GROSS annual income.
"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"
  • My is is differant every month.

    £870

But then get Bonas's and other extra's. This month its £1200 take home pay
  • you dont want 80k.....in your first post you clearly state 54k.

either way though imo you are way over stretched with just your loan not to mention the mortgage.
